Terms of Purchase

General

This website is operated by Eden Restaurant. Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Orders and hours

• Delivery and pickup are available during the published delivery hours. Outside those hours you can order ahead for the next available time.
• Minimum delivery order: ₪100. Delivery is free. Delivery area: Hod HaSharon, Kfar Saba, Ra'anana, Ramot HaShavim, Kfar Malal, Yarkona, Adanim, Ganei Am, Neve Yarak, Neve Yamin.
• Beer is sold to over-18s only, and the courier may ask for ID.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary at busy times.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. The binding price is the one calculated when the order is placed.
• Payment is by Bit or cash: cash to the courier or at pickup; with Bit you transfer after ordering and we confirm by phone.

Cancellations

• Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, perishable food cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. An order not yet in preparation can be cancelled by phone at 050-8477004 for a full refund.
• If you received a wrong or damaged dish, call us and we'll make it right.

Kosher and allergens

Kosher (Tzohar supervision). Dishes may contain allergens such as sesame (tahini), gluten, eggs and nuts (pine nuts). Please note any sensitivities in the item note.
